What do I need to enter the Cosmetology Crossover Program?

Applicant must have a valid Louisiana Cosmetology License
Pre-Enrollment Application along with a $25 application fee
Download and print the Pre-Enrollment application below, fill it out, and come to the academy to drop it off @ 600 Guilbeau Rd. If you do not have a printer-No Worries! Come by and we will give you a copy. There is a $25 application fee. You can pay this fee online by clicking the Apply Now button. We accept just about any form of payment, accept for personal checks.
