Download and print the Pre-Enrollment application, fill it out, and  come to the academy to drop it off @ 600 Guilbeau Rd.  If you do not have a printer-No Worries! Come by and we will give you a copy.  There is a $25 application fee.  Click here to pay online, or you can pay in person. There is a 4% processing fee for all forms of payment except cash, money order or cashier's check.
